This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how The Movement Mentality LLC, doing business as Missy Bunch (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use missybunch.com, our checkout and member pages, online programs, communities, social media, podcasts, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
Contact and account information, including your name, email, phone number, mailing or billing address, login details, business name, profession, and social-media handle.
Purchase information, including products purchased, payment-plan status, billing history, and customer-service records. Full payment-card details are processed by payment providers and are not ordinarily stored by us.
Information you choose to share through applications, surveys, emails, Facebook groups, Zoom chats, Voxer, testimonials, photos, videos, voice recordings, and other communications.
Health, pain, injury, or movement information you voluntarily share for general education, program participation, or a testimonial.
Technical information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, links clicked, and website activity.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
Provide and manage purchases, accounts, courses, memberships, mentorships, recordings, communities, and customer support.
Process payments, payment plans, refunds, and business records.
Send receipts, account information, program updates, newsletters, educational content, promotions, and occasional abandoned-cart reminders.
Run and improve our website, programs, advertising, and customer experience.
Record live educational calls when participants are notified in advance.
Use testimonials, photos, videos, voice recordings, and approved results when a separate written release or permission has been provided.
Protect our business, prevent misuse, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
3. Email Marketing
You may join our email list through a free resource, waitlist, purchase, webinar, form, survey, giveaway, or social-media automation. Purchasers may be added to our marketing list when this is disclosed at checkout.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in the email. We may still send transactional messages related to your purchase, account, payment plan, or program.
We do not currently send SMS marketing.
4. Payments and Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate our business. These currently include GoHighLevel, Squarespace, Stripe, PayPal, Kit, Meta, Zoom, Fathom, Facebook, Voxer, Google Forms, and QuickBooks. These providers process information under their own privacy and security practices.
We may also share information with contractors and professional advisers who need it to support our business and who are expected to keep it confidential.
5. Recordings, Communities, and Testimonials
Some educational or mentorship calls are recorded. Participants are told when recording will occur. A participant may choose whether to appear on camera, but their name, voice, questions, chat messages, or other participation may appear in the recording.
Recordings may be available to enrolled participants, often for lifetime access. They are generally view-only and are stored within platforms such as Zoom, Fathom, or GoHighLevel.
We do not use identifiable participant content for public marketing solely because someone attended a call. Public use of testimonials, images, voice, video, or health-related results requires separate written permission or a signed release.
Participants discussing their own clients must remove names and other identifying details.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our sites use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, login, checkout, advertising measurement, and affiliate tracking. This may include the Meta Pixel on Squarespace and GoHighLevel pages.
You can manage cookies through your browser and, where required, through our cookie-preference tool. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
We do not sell or rent customer lists for money. However, some advertising or tracking activity may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, we will provide an opt-out method.
7. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain lifetime access, keep business and tax records, honor opt-outs, document permissions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No electronic system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an opt-out from certain marketing or advertising uses.
To make a privacy request, unsubscribe, or ask that a testimonial no longer be used in the future, email hello@missybunch.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally required.
9. International Users
We are based in Arizona, United States. If you use our services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Where European or United Kingdom privacy law applies, we generally rely on contract, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations to process personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and individuals under 18 may not purchase our paid programs.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
