Before the business coaching program, I felt overwhelmed by the launch process and just avoided it all together. Needless to say, I didn't sell any online products. During the program, Missy helped me to extract what I needed for a freebie and update my e-book as a paid offer. She walked me through all the steps of launching: email marketing, social media strategy, bonus offers, etc. - and most importantly emotional support through the whole thing. After going through the program, I launched a second digital product and used what Missy taught me to create my strategy for the whole launch.

I now feel much more confident in breaking it all down into attainable steps: planning launch dates on the calendar, organizing emails to send out, creating a social media strategy for pre, during, and post launch, and how to nurture clients in the process. Before Missy's Business Coaching Program, I would have ideas of online offerings and get started on them but often never launch them. I would post sporadically and it often felt very time consuming. I would dread doing it.

During the program, I was often met with lots of fear and discomfort with creating a signature program. However, having Missy there to help me navigate any problems that came up was so helpful. She was also great at pushing me when I needed to pushed. It didn't always feel easy but she helped me feel like I could do it.

After the Business Coaching Program, I felt so proud of myself and everything I accomplished this past year. I have a new found confidence in myself. I know exactly what I am doing in each quarter going into next year. While I know future launches will bring challenges, I also know that I have all the tools I need from Missy to be successful.

Before the program I struggled to have any consistency posting online, and getting new clients beyond referrals. During the program I learned how and got the support to create an online program and an online workshop using a launch schedule. Missy helped me set up email funnels, a posting schedule with post ideas, gave me feedback on my posts and how to make them better, etc.

She kept me accountable each month but also (and probably most importantly) helped me work through my limiting beliefs and called me out when I needed it. Now I am posting regularly online and have my program launch scheduled for the beginning of next year! I learned to slow down and prioritize the most important.

After I feel more confident going into the next round of my course and have a better idea of where I need to make improvements.

My biggest wins were stepping outside my comfort zone and actually following through with something that was scary and new.

Before joining Missy’s program, I hadn’t officially started my business. I had ideas but hadn’t taken the concrete steps to bring them to life.

Before I think I felt anxious all the time about my business! So many pieces of how I practiced were not done because I wanted to, but because they were the way someone else taught or modeled, or the way "everyone else" does it. During, there was lots of hope that I could change things and really actually build the business that served me, whether or not I'd EVER seen that modeled before. Even if it doesn't exist anywhere else! During the process I had hope, and soon we build the repetitions of trying things that I began to have confidence that I could implement new ideas. This confidence is so normal now that I know that I can try a new idea, and worst case scenario it doesn't work out, no big deal! Try something else!

Now that mindset is second-nature where I used to be filled with so much icky anxiety about even THINKING about trying a new thing, especially something that I hadn't seen anyone else do. My experience was it was really focused on, or gave space for, the "heart" work. I was really seen and heard, even when I didn't even really know how to express what I was feeling, Missy stayed with me until we could put the pieces together and look at them, and chose what to do with them.

Sometimes other programs might talk about that stuff, but you don't get the actual time/space/attention to really be witnessed when doing the "inner heart work" is not coming quickly, easily, or in a nice neat linear fashion. Missy gives space and priority to this heart work, knowing our business truly comes from that space.

Because of this business coaching program I:

1. Was witnessed (seen/heard) in the places where my heart was afraid to step out, grow, or try something. (we did not push those places aside, we witnessed them)

2. Am confident taking only the patients that I know are the right fit for me, even if it's just a gut feeling.

3. Received the confidence and the reps to know that I can literally try new things in my business whenever I want, I can experiment again and again until I find a flow I like that works well for me.

Before the program, I had content and ideas scattered everywhere but no clear system for organizing them into products or a workflow that didn't stress me out. I wasn't sure how to structure what I already had or how to get it in front of the right people.

During the program, everything started to click. Missy helped me see that I already had what I needed — I just needed a framework to pull it all together. The big-picture overview at the start showed me how to repurpose and package my existing content into real products.
