With a couple snaps on your phone and one video later, I will assess your gait and design 3 videos for you that can help improve your posture, your movement efficiency and overall well being.
The goal is to do your customized exercises everyday for 30 days and then re-submit your photos and video again! I am so excited and can't wait to see your results! Good luck, you got this. It's your time! |
Step 2: Film Yourself Walking (30 Seconds)
Film yourself walking away from the camera and towards the camera, the more of you I can see, the better. 20-30 seconds is plenty of time and about 10 steps each direction back and forth is good. You can't show me "too much" so I would rather have more footage of you than less!

Step 3: Send Photos and Videos

Step 4: Remit Payment
Payment can be sent via Paypal using the link below. All major credit cards are accepted. Once payment is received, I will begin working on your case. Allow up to 2 weeks for me to work on your case and send videos out.
Step 5: Sit Tight and Wait
Sit tight while I assess, film and assign to you appropriate exercises for what I see. Please give me 2 weeks to get this back to you. It will most likely take me less time, but if there are a lot of people, please be patient so we get you the best exercises possible.
